Re tender - AMC for Street Light Maintenance

Should you bid on this one?

TenderOS reads the tender’s eligibility clauses and checks them against your own turnover, projects, employees and certificates — then says plainly what you can prove and what you are missing, before anyone spends a week on a bid that was never going to qualify.

Where the evidence is not there, it says MISSING EVIDENCE rather than something plausible. An honest gap is worth more than a confident guess on a declaration to a public authority.
